Demonstrate what the responsibility is and why it is undertaken(list up to 6)
• Maintain document control on Collaborator system for Lancet and BARC – to ensure systematic control of documentation to ensure only current versions are updated and used.
• Loads all validations, references and organizational administrative files on Collaborator, to make it available to all Lancet staff including BARC
• Performs general office admin for QA to assist in smooth running of department.
• Types and maintains files/folders distribution list on collaborator, and does related typing for Lancet corner and Peripheral laboratories to ensure all documentation is updated and available.
• Maintains management reports for QA on Collaborator to assist managers in control of documents in their areas.
• Opens a new technical training task on Meditech monthly for staff to record all training activities.
• Develops Lancet QA system on Collaborator to ensure ease of access
• Design of flowcharting for departments to document their procedures.
