Job Summary:

To provide an administration and query resolution functions to clients in the insurance sector ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Minimum Criteria Required:
|
Grade 12 or relevant NQF level 4 qualification
|

Experience:

2-3 Yrs Relevant Working Experience

Key Performance Areas:
|
• Receives and resolves client (Insurance Brokers/ Consultants etc) queries received via telephone, email or task regarding test results, progress of testing and sending of Medical Testing Reports on request to ensure that clients are serviced as per SLA.
• Captures additional tests on the system as per Client/ Broker request and liaises with Laboratories to ensure that relevant tests are performed as per request.
• Checks client information captured on the system against scanned and hand-written forms to ensure accuracy of client information to ensure that client are billed accurately.
• Orders supplies for Travelling Nurses and keeps record of stock distributed to ensure that enough stock is always available.
• Orders personalised forms for clients as a value-add service provided to clients.
• Runs different reports/ statistics daily as a reporting function to measure progress of work done.
• Customer interface – buildings and maintains good business relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery as per Turn-around-time.
• Responsible for scanning, filing, faxing and emailing of documents as per protocol.
