Key Performance Areas:
|
• Remove black bags every Monday
• Water all plants in pots
• Sweep the whole premises
• Wash the tables and chairs twice a week
• Make sure the braai area is clean
• Ensure that the garden is neat and remove weeds
• Wash all business cars
• Trim off all dead roses
• Ensure that the reception area is cleared of all boxes
• Comply to any reasonable instruction given by management
